Banquet Review

The Booster Club hosted our annual season wrap-up banquet last night at the Loft in Oak Bluffs. A memorable event every year where our hockey family has the final dinner. This season we were honored to be part of the rebirth of the Cape and Islands League, in our first season back we were the Champions of the league. Our mission to gain entry into the MIAA State Tournament through qualification was also a commendable task achieved by this year's team. Our award winners were as follows:
Hobey Baker High School Character Award- Ian Trance
Most Valuable Player- Ian Trance
Coaches Award- Mike Metcalf
Most Improved Player- Hunter Meader
Iron Man Awards- Hunter Meader, Cam Geary, Jake Scott, Colby Zarba, Ian Trance*, Peter Gillis*, Kenny Hatt*
Varsity Letter Awards- Charlie Lakis, Cam Geary, Jake Scott, Finn Lewis, John Coogan, and Graham Stearns
C&I League All-Stars- Colby Zarba, Hunter Ponte, Ian Trance, Hunter Meader
2019-2020 Team Captains- Colby Zarba and Kenny Hatt
A special thank you to Booster Club President Alecia Barnes on her "graduation" from the program. Her leadership and commitment to the program have solidified a solid positive and caring experience for the student athletes. We hope to hear her voice in the stands for years to come.
